Is Dallas stadium open, or covered dome?

So, with the rain this week in Texas, is this a dry race or a mudder? I'm hoping it is open, just to make things interesting!

Until 2009 when the new stadium opens (retractable roof).

And yes, it's been raining on and off for a week, supposed to clear out in the morning.
