Newbie CRF250X suspension 2006

I have ridden it a couple of times and I am now ready to sag this thing. It is way too high as of right now. Will the suspension sag a bit on its own after a few more rides? My weight is around 135 lbs Buddies WR450 I could touch the ground a ton easier.
The CRF250x seems like a good ride but I'm ready to fall over each time I stop.

My 250X got softer, susp wise, after about 2hrs break-in, but I am twice your weight. If you read the manual for the bike, it will tell you exactly how to set the sag. I suspect at your weight you will need lighter springs to get the proper sag.
Reducing the pre-load on the shock spring may be a quick fix.
