i just bought a 2005 kx 250f i ride mostly trails and ride at the local track a few times a month. could anyone tell me what a good exhaust system (brand&full/slip-on) and jet kit would be good for it

kawi and pro-circuit have had a great relationship so you cant go wrong there and use what they tell you for jets or try a JD (James Dean) jet kit.

My three favorite exhaust systems come from FMF, Pro-Circuit, and Akrapovic. Take your pick and look at the dynos to get the power where you are looking for it

you cant go wrong with either procircuit or fmf
