Help me tune my clickers!

2002 yz125 im trying to dial in, im 160 pounds.
i read somewhere to back all the screws out or in(cant remember) then tune till i find one that works right
how much air pressure should i run in the back reservoir?

k, i just read a bit of suspension tuning, can you just answere should i back them off all the way or screw them in all the way?

Generally speaking I'd put them to the stock settings and start to fine tune from there, yet another reason to acquire the Genuine Yamaha manual.
