I have read multiple threads on rebuilding single chamber forks but does anyone have a guide for the twin chamber? Are the twin chamber forks very much harder than the single chamber? Also what fork oil is best? I have a 06 yz250 that I have been thinking about changing the seals and oil myself. Thanks for the help

I've got the same bike. Buy a couple tools (seal driver, cap wrench) and read the manual several times. You'll figure it out. Use the recommended oil.
