Good Deal on 1988 YZ 125?

Hey guys, i found a good ( so i think deal on a 88 yz 125)
He is asking $900 ( canadian) for it, Bike looks in good shape from the pictures
-Plastics a bit Faded
-Small Rip in Seat
- Tires 70% tread left
- Newer Clutch
But the only thing is, He doesnt remeber when the last rebuild was, the bikes been Sitting for 2 years, but still starts up fine... Now a days i see all Running bikes for around $1000 so im thinking this is a Steal?

jaco12, last summer i paid $1000 for a 1979 Yamaha IT175 that was in the same coundition as this one except mine had never been rebuilt. I would say buy it and try it out. If you dont like it you might be able to make some money on it.
