YZ450F throttle cable

Does anyone know if the throttle cables for an 04 YZ250F (part # 5XD-26302-00-00) and 06 YZ450F (part # 2S2-26302-00-00) are interchangeable?
Today Spider crashed hard on his 450 and sheared the cable housing at the brake reservoir. I just put a new cable on his 04 YZ250F about 2 months ago. He has a race next weekend and with the short week I was worried that the cable may not come in on time so we can change it out. It looks like a job that will be pretty involved because the aluminum frame sits right over the carb making it necessary to pull the subframe
