250f or 450f

Im 17 about 190lbs and 6'1". i want to get into racin motocross. am i too big for a 250f and if so should i get a 450f? ive been ridin for about 5 years, my latest bike bein a drz250, then i got my lt250r. just noticed i missed two wheels so gonna get back into it, any help would be much appreciated.

im lookin at either an 05 crf250r for 3000 but its been raced, or an 06 yz450f for 4500 and it only has 15 hours on it and it hasnt been raced. do 4 stroke really get worn like 2 strokes do or will a raced bike be good, thanks
