Shock spring to match stock fork?

I've got a 1995 KDX 200 and I'm wanting to match the front and rear springs. I weigh 120 and I ride 2nd and 3rd gear technical trails with wet clay slime and exposed root steps and cinder block switch-back corners. YUMMY!!!! I've found that on prior XR's, I make the best time with WAY SOFT SUSPENSION! I'm thinking of a 4.4 or lighter rear spring. Any advice for a fly weight???? Thanks... oh, it's bone stock now.

Is your weight 120 or are you 120 in full riding gear?
Look on the www.mx-tech.com site to see what they recommend. 4.4 or 4.6 is what it will be.
Good luck.

I just put on a 4.4 from my local guy at Moto-Pro Suspension. It's feeling good in the garage.. I'll find out this weekend. Thanks for the input!

Check your sag. That will be a huge help in determining the right rate.
