Are they worth while or are they a joke because i heard they fall out often so i thought i might use some epoxy or gorilla glue?

I've used a few on our punched up XR80 and while I don't feel any power difference they don't fall out if you drill the proper sized hole.

Ive used them on atvs and dirt bikes too, no problems at all with them...
