So the 08 Yamaha Dual Sport line-up consists of a new WR250R. It looks pretty cool from what i have seen but im a little skeptical. The fuel injection thing seems kind of neat. I also noticed the WR250R is alot cheaper than the WRF250. Is there much of a difference between the two engines? Is the WR250R using the new type four stroke performance motors or is it using they type of four stroke engine like in the XR's. Anyone got any info on this bike?

Cman250, those engines are not close to each other at all. The WR250R has a 4 valve engine, and 6 speed tranny. It still looks like a good bike thoe.

Completely new engine and bike. It does have an aluminum frame, but don't confuse anything on it with the WRF250. It does have pretty nice price, but I haven't seen any reviews yet on handling/power etc.
