Hi, I want to install a stage one Hot Cam in my XR650r. Anyone done this? Hot Cams states that you must disconnect the decompression release when installing this cam. Is this going to be a bear to start without the decompression release. It already is very hard to kick over. Also is there a noticable power increase. What aftermarket exhaust works best on this bike. Thanks

No experience with the hotcams, but the HRC cam uses the decompressor.
