hello i am going to get my first bike
some thing that might help..
im 5 foot 2, 15 years old, and around 45kg also that makes me kinda small for my age,
ive rode my friends crf 100 and its a good size, but what bike is better and more reliable? a crf 100f or a kx 100?

a CRF100f is a 4 stroke while the KX100 is a 2 stroke, it all depends on what you are going to do with the bike. the CRF100f is a very good starters bike, so you are better off getting that. A KX100 is way to powerful for a beginner.

yeah thats true^^
but you will soon get sick of the 100f's power and want to step up, and a 100f isnt the best bike if youre going to ride it on a motocross track or do jumps on it as they dont have the best suspension, and you would soon get used to the kx100, but its up to u man have a ride of both and see what you're most comfortable on .

man oh man, the kx100 is not over powerful at all for a beginner at the age of 15, hes not a little child anymore. when i was 18 i bought a cr125 for my first bike, never ridden in my life and i handled that. also, me being 5'4" at 125pds.

Go for the kx100.It will take some getting used to,but you can have some real fun on it.The crf100 is a nice bike, but you will get bored really fast.I got a nice calm 100 when I was 9 years old to learn on and got bored in about a month.when I was 13 I moved up to a 250 and I love it,I'm 5'6'' and about 130 pounds. And I have seen the crf 100's,they are pretty small,I think the kx100 would be a better size for you.Even if it is a bit too tall,my bike is huge for me too,you can handle the height as long as it isn't too heavy. And you will like the better suspension on the kx.But,it's still whatever you prefer.
Are you planing to race it or just trail/mountain/play around on it?

As others have said, fill out the sticky at the top if you want a proper answer...that's why it's there.

Here's a link to the sticky, which has a short list of questions you can answer so we can help:

Like others have said, those are two VERY different bikes. Depends a lot on what type of riding you'll be doing to get a good answer.
