KDX200 vs CRF250R

I currently ride an older KDX200, but was thinking about going 4-stroke and buying a used CRF 250R. Any comments from someone familiar with both? I ride the woods, and occasionaly act as a moving roadblock on moto tracks. Low end power would be an important issue.
Also considering the KLX300 but I hear that it's weak at low rpm in stock form.

I would consider a CRF250X or a WR250F if its in perfect condition. The X and WR are more reliable then the racing 250Fs. Also the suspension is good enough to do some track ridding.

I would prefer a CRF250X over the R, but I haven't seen any used ones for sale.
