Identifying ICS Spring rate

I ordered some lighter (1.3)IC springs for my 05 Yam 125
Stock was suppose to be 2.0
The new ones actually look and feel slightly stiffer
They have the same number of coils and the wire diameter
is .01 larger,they are the same length
Is there any way to tell what I really have?

The best way I know of is to put them on my spring tester.
