how do you clean all the oil, out of the fatty pipe and muffler or do i have to buy new ones. i hope there is a way.

clean???? I've heard of that, but I thought it was some kind of weird religious ritual. I think it is related to "voluntary unpaid overtime".

I'd like to know as well, will oven cleaner work? I need to clean mine out sometime along with the kips.

lacquer thinner will probably cut through all the grime-(with out ruining the pipe coating)
some oven cleaners are too harsh- and will eat up thin metal/and aluminum
or- a local machine shop could boil it in there tank- after you soak it if its not clean enough

when i was meaning cleaning the pipe i ment the inside it seems you take off the pipe and turn it side ways and the black goo just keeps dripping out. thats what i meant how to or are you even able to clean the inside out

Find a piece of old steal cable about 10mm thick 500mm long and braze the one end so it doesn't unravel. Then braze the other end about 80mm before the end and then fray the end so you end up with a wire brush effect. shove it in a drill and there you go! use a small piece of tubing (100mm) to support the cable when you are working at either end of the exhaust pipe to stop it whipping around. Keep it at a controllable speed it can become quiet interesting when that thing starts flying around! Use oven cleaner to help!

Tweak your jetting a bit.

Good luck
Rick

I use kerosene and it works quite well.

before we blow out our dented pipes we torch the inside to burn off all of the carbon build up. if this is what you mean then give it a shot. it just flames out the ends be careful
