Honda Cr85 front shock rebuild - Help

Hi Guys

I have a 2003 CR85R that needs new front fork seals. Currently the seals have not arrived from the dealer yet, and therefore this discussion.

Attached is a diagram of the front shock assembly(Showa)
It looks very simple to take apart , but any suggestions will be appreciated. I live in a small town in the country with no bike shop nearby and would like to do the job myself.
