1991 kdx200 water pump?

Im in need of replacing the waterpump seal. is it pretty self explainitory? i took the cover off looks like a bolt then it should come out? also i have all the plastics, pipe, exhaust, intake, carb off to clean the bike down. do you guys sugest i do anything else while im at it?

I don't know if it is the same, but on my 94 I had to pull the entire side cover off to get to the seal and bearing (of course I replaced the shaft while I was at it as mine had grooved.
