But alas the Marine Corps says I am to move June 13th to Cherry Point NC. But I have a funny feeling that we will be back in a few years.

'till then I'll see you around.

Didn't they move you clear across the country last time? I guess being a Marine, you sorta need to be by water

Good luck to you two.

Enjoy your time in North Carolina!

Moving sucks, but IMO North Carolina would be a great place to live. Most my family relocated to the Raleigh Area from the San Francisco Bay Area a few years ago, and they absolutely love Carolina.

Hey Kav, it has been fun!

Deep fried turkey at "Campground Chef America", dang man do we know how to camp or what?

Next time maybe we can actually ride. But the food is alright with me too.

Good luck to you and your lovely bride Kav.

Be sure to buy some barkbusters. They have these things down there called trees.

Good luck Kav! I'd love to live in the Carolinas - maybe someday!

Posted by: Kav---------------------

OL'89r: don't worry, I've already made that investment.

Okie: no last time I moved from Yuma AZ up to Cali.

Squeaky: I'm thinking once we get Steff a quad we're going to try to swing up to a DYDR ride. Steff is from PA so she is game for Paragon.

Dave: I'd say moving rocks. One if the perks of being in the military the getting payed to move.

I'm ready to go, now I get my wish.

All the best Kav ! North Carolina is a great state - Cherry Point should be a lot more fun than Ridgecrest !! Take care ...

When we were at Camp Lejeune (actually, we lived on New River just accross from Lejuene and am at Pendleton now) you could ride the tank trails. There was a pretty good group of people that ran the club. I'm sure it is still going strong! Good Luck and watch out for those giant mosquitos

Dam now you are within striking distance of Gomer and Ivan. If you see them coming lock the doors and hide under the table- you know what the rest of the corp will think if they see you hanging with 2 guys wearing pink tutu
