cartridge question 2006 yz

2006 yz250 kyb ss forks, I am doing fork seals, dont want to disassmeble cartridge . Just wondering if this matters on oil in cartidge. I took apart forks and drained outer fork oil. Dosent seem like this part needs to be taken apart just for seal r&r.

I would change the oil in the cartridge while you are in there.
