hey everyone. I am about to get my bike back from a rebuild, and me and my friends family are planning a trip to the hatfield mckoy trail system. i would like to know the best trail for dirtbikes there. I looked on there website, and noticed 5-6 trails on the map. Is this a good place to ride?i I cannot wait until we visit this place, so if anybody has any tips, they are welcome.

I was on the hatfield Mcoy trails recenently on a quad...

I wish i could remember the trail I did but it seemed to be a great trail for biking too...

If i seen a map i might be able to tell.

That should keep you busy for quite a while!

I had a blast down there a few years ago.

did you have to bring an extra gas can? or did you just turn around on the trail and headed back when you were low on gas?

We simply planned the loops we would ride for the known mileage range of the bikes we were using. Where we spent most of our time (rockhouse), really no roads we knew of into the area such you could spot a gas can in advance.

I rode there last year. Little Coal River is the easiest trail system but is still fun, it's just not as rough and rocky. Dinguss Rum is fun and has some tough Black diamon trails. Riding 2 strokes with stock tanks we chose those trails systems because the trail head is near the center of the trail system so you can loop back around to get gas easily.

South Jersy if your street plated, Hazelton, Tower City, Pottsville are about 1.5 hours from Philly. Takes me about and hour and 15 mins to hit any of those spots from about 40 miles N of Philly. I know some guys ride off of 95 around the airport.
