Exhuast for 2006 CRF250r

Recently I bought a 2006 CRF250r, used. When i bought it I wasn't sure if it had ever been ridden. Seriously. Greatest purchase ever. It is mostly stock except for a Renthal O-Ring Chain, Renthal rear sprocket (1 tooth bigger than stock), Pro Taper Triple Clamps, and Renthal Twinwall Bars. Now I'm looking for some more power. Im thinking exhaust and i have about $400 right now. I planned on getting the FMF 4.1 Dual Titanium Slip-Ons and buying a header later but I am open to any exhaust recommendations under $400. I can also buy it one piece at a time, over a period of time. Also if you have any other suggestions on engine mods to increase power under $400 lets hear 'em.
