If you don't want to spend a lot of money you have no business buying a used 250f.

by not a lot of money i ment a used maybe 03 yz250f for 2300-2400 that being cheap. A 05-06 crf250r will cost around 3300 which i will spend if its a better deal than a 03 yz250f for 2300. which do u think i should get

A 2003 yz250f selling cheap will likely need enough work to cost as much as a newer bike. The same can probably be said for a CRF250. Unless you know you are buying a used 250F that has been meticulously maintained (and those bikes don't sell cheap) you should look for something other than any 250F.
