Must ride places in the US?

What are some specific, "must ride," places in the US? Places that have great scenery, great fun factor, good ammentities. Things like that. Places that everyone should ride at least once in their life.
I perfer trail riding myself. There has to be some amazing places in Colorado, or the Smokies, or the northwest.
Any specific places that people absolutly love?

Hollister, CA. I had a blast there. Camping also

Taylor Park Colorado area(or really anywhere near there), Moab UT, Northwestern Arkansas so far for me. Still on the list is anywhere in the northwest US and Baja.
