2009 RM-Z250 weight

Looking on the suzuki website the rm-z250 weight is listed as curb weight 225lbs. Would that be ready to ride or with no fluids?

I'd guess all fluids except for fuel, that's how Suzuki has weighed their bikes in the past.

I thought that sounded heavy thats why I was questioning it. I did a little more research and found:
Suzuki curb weight:225
Kawasaki curb weight:229
Honda curb weight:227 (all fluids ready to ride)
Yamaha wet weight:226
KTM weight: 216 (no fuel)
That's the way the factory's have thier 250f's listed so they may have fuel except for ktm. Looking for something a little lighter than the 250x.
