yz250f or wr250f in the bush

Hi I was told today that I can rec reg a yz250f for bush riding but I was wondering if they are much different compared to the wr250f? Do they need more maintenance work as they are a race bike? And is there anything really different apart from the lights and stuff on the WR?

I ask this because they are MUCH cheaper compared to the wr250f So which is my better choice!
