Rebuilding Front Master Cylinder

I've got a excessive play and a lack of feel in my front brake ('01 KDX 200). I'm pretty certain there's no air in the lines, cos I've bled it, and the shop has bled it.
Right now, I've got the free play adjusted all the way out, and the brakes *work*, but they still don't feel quite like I think they should.
I was thinking I'd try rebuilding the master next. I see you can buy a new plunger for ~$30. Does anyone know if there's an *official* rebuild kit? Just replace the plunger?
Note: I already have a steel line.

I've been looking around. Pretty sure you have to buy the parts individually from bike bandit or something.
