I was wondering if you can make a 98 ktm 380sx street legal? I am looking at buying one but want to know first. Thanks!

I can't speak for sure but I think the SX's don't come with an open title.
I just picked up an 07 XCF and walked out with a plate... but I still have to put on lights horn and blinkers and get it inspected to be legal.
