Is It still possible to get a blue plate in Ontario?
Does the vin number state if it is off road only?

i looked into streeting my ttr and my frame is stamped off road only apparently but there are ways around it. the reason why i didn't convert mine is that it would cost almost as much as the bike is worth :S
