125 convert 2 a 200

ive bought a kdx 125 with the intention of makeing it a 200 ,yes i no why didnt i just get a 200,,,,,,because i can leagaly drive a 125 but not a 200,, so iam going to be a bit crafty ,,,,,will a 200 barrel ,head piston etc (same year odviously) go onto my 125 ???????,,,,,,,
i am aware i would odviously have to change a few things ,200 pipe ,re jet carb,change con rod,,,,,maybe bigger rad etc etc
iam prepared to do these things at any cost if its possible.
can any one help???

So you think by putting a 200 in your 125 frame that you might be fooling someone?

You do know that the pipe is going to give it away, right?

almost certain of it ,not sure what the police are like where your from but where i live they wouldnt even no where the exaust is let alone what size it is.any way let me worry about that.,,,,,,,,i take it you think what iam doing is wrong so you wont help me,,fair enough,,,,,,,,but all i am trying to do is get a fairly powerful bike on the road without taking my full bike test as i dont have time right now.....

I could care less about what you're doing. It's not going to affect me in the least. If they know enough that they can check to make sure you are on a 125 for the test, don't you think they might also know what to look for when it comes to making sure you are on the right bike after the test? If not, just take the test on a friends bike, and then go about your business on a 200.

The idea of putting a 200 in a 125 frame in order to fool someone into thinking it's a 125 would be better accomplished by putting 125 stickers on a 200 and not fooling with all of the fabricating you are most likely going to have to do to put the bigger engine in a smaller frame.

It's not like they only made one frame and fitted many different engines in them from the factory. They did put just a few seconds more thought into the process.

i dont think you get what iam trying to achive,,the test i would do is to allow me to drive a 125(the actual test would be done on a bike supplied by the test people so they would never see my bike,i would then be legal to drive my 125 which would be registered as a 125 but have a 200 top end or complete engine what ever way i could do it,like fitting a bore kit to give me that bit more)if i was to get stopped on a 200 with 125 stickers on it the number plate an frame numbers would give it away as it would tel them its a 200..........i thought that the kdx 125 an 200 would have the same transmission like the kmx 125 an 200..but if it cant be done then it cant.thank you for tour help.sorry about the life story

Sounds like you just need to keep it a 125 or do your full test.
Riding a 200 on a cbt will invalidate your insurance if you have an accident or get stopped and caught you will get 6 points at least for the no insurance.
Its people like you that end up making people like me (full licence and fully insured) pay more for our insurance. Just do it the legal way and stop being a tool.

seems like this fourum is full of borring old men ,wasnt any one ever young before,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,an if i was being a "tool" what ever that may be i would just go out an buy myself a big fat ktm or sumfing an drive about on that,,,,,,,,,,would i be getting all this if i was to ask help about putting a bore kit on my bike coz whats the difference,,,the slightest mod to any bike will void your insurence any way,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if people dont want to help and just want to tel me what iam doing is wrong please dont bother,,thanks
