linkage arm bearing replacement on '07 CRF250R

Anyone have any tips on linkage arm bearing replacement.
The service manual seems to skip over these. They sit in a "recess" and thus it looks to be a little tough getting something on the back side of them.

Well, first pop the seals out.
Then remove the spacer on the ends.
Then slide out the sleeve in the center.
Then degrease everything. (careful if you aren't replacing the bearings not to lose the needles.)
Once everything is nice and clean, heat the outside of the link with a torch.
Use an old screw driver to drive out the outer race. (put the screwdriver in thru one side and hit against the back of the race on the other side)
Once you get one side out, heat again and flip over and drive out the other race.
After that, make sure the inside of the link is clean.
Hopefully you put the new bearings in the freezer prior to starting this.. If so, get them out.
Reheat the link.
Drive each side in, making sure not to lose the needles. They usually come with a plastic retainer in the bearing, leave that in until the bearings are installed.
Once they are seated, take out the plastic retainer, grease the needles with a good water proof grease and install the sleeve, both side spacers and seals.

I tried this 3 pronged inside puller I had. There is barely enough race exposed on the backside (inside the linkage arm)that you can get onto the lip. Used a press to drive the puller and the bearing back out. One bearing came out with a little heat. Most of the pressure however gets put on the ends of the needles which resulted in breaking the outer race away on the other other bearing. Took a dremel and a carbide cutter to get that race out. Just thought it was interesting that the manual has so much detail except for this part. They could at least point to it with a littlearrow and and print "good luck" in there.
Will do with the freezer. Parts are enroute.
