can i take the forks off my 93 cr125r and put them on my 92 kdx 250?

they are not a direct swap.

You would have better luck getting a set of 91-95 KX250 forks that are the same 43mm USD units. but you need them complete with wheel, brake and triple tree. then swap the stems and bolt things up.
