250f paddle tire?

I'm taking a 07 kx250f to the coast. I was wondering what people run on these bikes. I have heard that the 6 paddles don't hook up like they want. So, would a 8 paddle suck to much juice out of the motor? I know an 8 paddle here in the summer will kill 125. how does it hold to the new 250f?

you could always cut the paddles down. i would get the 8 paddle and bring a sharp knife.

yeah, I usually do a burn out on pavement to knock them down just a bit anyway. I was thinking I'll put my used paddle on the 250f and a new one on cr250. Thanks.
