Does the 1998 WR400 have a high perfomance motor in it? I am shoping for my dad and he wants a 4 stroke that does not need rebuilds all the time.

I know..and that is what he really wants...but i found a pretty good deal on a WR400 and i just wanted some info before looking at it. so.....does it have a high prefomance engine?

what about the engine itself? is it one of those throw away motors? if you take care of it and give it proper maitance(rebuilds) will it last vary long?
I don't mean to beat a dead horse..I'm just curious.
