KDX200 wont idle

Hi All,
I have an 89 model KDX200, Aussie road register spec.
It runs great, maybe a tad rich with the plug dark, but it will not idle.
I have adjusted the air screw and the idle adjustment, and it just seems to need more adjustment of the throttle grip to give it a few more revs to idle by itself.
I haven't pulled the carby down as yet..
Any ideas?

thats what I would do give it a good cleaning

Check the Reeds too, one might be cracked

Thanks Guys.
I've just stripped down the carby and given it a clean.
Initially it does seem a fraction better than before, but I will give it a ride in the next couple of weeks and see how it is.
