KDX 200 a little soft off the bottom

I just got done rebuilding my son's KDX 200 and overall it runs great.
But the bike feels a little soft off the bottom even with 13/50 gearing.
It's got a torque ring and a FMF woods pipe but the real power is midrange to top end.
Any suggestions to get even more torque ?
Maybe I'm not giving it a fair comparison as I've been riding my
220 ?

Have you worked on jetting? Maybe it's a little rich on the pilot and/or needle jet? Also check on the condition of the reeds.
