Looking for a little info on the kips. Just bought a 2002 kdx 220. which is my 3rd kdx i have owned and its running like @!#!...anyway there is no bottom end power to it..it has a hard time getting the front tire off the ground... I have taken apart the kips covers and removed the nut off the top of the shaft to try and turn the gear to see if it moves the valves...Should i be able to turn this by hand? or is the kips valves seized? Any advice would be of great help.
the bike also has FMF pipe and silencer and i know this thing should realy go!!!

well first welcome to the forum! does the KIPS look really gunky?
