clutch and or valve issue

hi everyone i just recently bought a 07 yz450f and when i take the bike outa gear and into neutral it makes a wishy washy noise in the motor, however it only does this when its either in neutral or when iv pulled in the clutch and start to let it out to where it catches then stops
is it the clutch or valves iv heard both but the bike starts first kick and iv heard if its the valves its real hard to start?

any help or suggestions would be appreciated

hard to diagnose a noise over a computer. Best bet is to take the bike to a local shop ask their diagnosis
