oil ratios? is there a baseline for engine sizes?

hi, i have checked the search box and like everyone else i would like as specific a number for my bike i have a 74 mt250 i want to run premix in what would be a good oil ratio to produce the least amount of smoke. the oil pump is disconected now while i try to find a replacment. also whats more than that i would like to know if there is a baseline or general rule for engines of specific sizes. for example engines of the 250cc range generally use between blank and blank oil ratios. thanks
