dual sport speedometer question.

Hey guys

I live in British Columbia, Canada and I have the option to go down to Seattle to buy a bike. If I were to buy a dual sport bike in Seattle is it possible to switch the MPH speedometer to a kilometers per hour speedometer?

I'm sure it's possible but most speedos have both mph and kph on them. The kph will just be the smaller numbers.

If it is a mechanical speedometer it will have both sets of numbers.

I would expect a digital unit to have the option of switching between MPH and KPH.

Even if it didn't, I wouldn't let that stop me from buying the bike I wanted.
