Looking To Upgrade To 450 Need Help

ok i have a 2005 yz250f and i love it but all my pals have the 450 bikes and im still the little guy trying to catch up down the straight aways. I am 5"9 190 and am experienced rider on trails and mx tracks. Plus yamaha is having a great deal on the 09's because they are getting ready for the 2010 models what do you guys think?

If you want one, nows the time to get your best deal. In the last month I've seen new leftover 08 CRF for $4k and 09 YZF for just over $4k.

190 is a bit heavy for a 250f, but the bike will pull you around fine. honestly on the MX track if your corner speed is up, you dont need to make up time on the straight aways since they are usually pretty short. Look at Villipoto on the 250f and stewart on the 125 bike.
A 450 would be a good choice. I personally like the Honda's better. I traded my 06 yz250f for a 05 crf450R and never looked back! Great bikes
