if a kid needs more power out of that bike it will be a wise move to get it on a 65...
more power on that little bike means burned clutches...

Does the kid really need more power or to learn how to carry more speed through corners. It's been my first hand experience most have plenty of power but don't really understand how to use it everywhere. Learn it now and it will only improve with age.
