I've been told by a distributer of footpegs that KTM and TM are all the same fitting

Hmmmmmmmmm, not sure about what I've just been told by a distributer of reikon footpegs here in England.
Has anybody had any experience of trying to get footpegs designed for a KTM onto TM bikes ?

I have not, but I just shoehorned a set of CRF pegs onto a newer Husqvarna but simply grinding them a bit. I think a lot of footpegs are interchangeable, at least with a bit of modification. The easiest is when you have another bike (friends, etc) where you can borrow the peg to see if you can make a set work...then just buy some from e bay.

I'm quite shocked as they do actually fit and they're not ktm orange, they're a nice kind of grey \ green.
