Anything special i need to know about changing the seals on a 2002 cr250? any help is much appreciated

Have you ever done fork seals?
Do you have the proper tools & a good service manual?

There's really nothing unusual then.. just follow the instructions in the manual and if any come with the new seals (aftermarket seals), follow those too.
Otherwise it's nothing really too much to worry about.
If I were you, I'd go ahead and replace the teflon coated sliders while you are in there.
