2005 rm 250 fork's oil change

hi,
i'm changing the oil from fork's my 2005 rm 250 (showa fork, i think)...

but now i'm not sure how i should proced...

i disassembled the compression part (top of suspension), and bleded all oil from there...

now i don't know how much oil should i put there and how much oil should i put in the rest of the fork....

and i ride normaly motocross tracks, which oil viscosity is recomended? 0W? 5W more?
in my 95' yamaha 250 i used 10W... but this suspension is very different....

anyone can help me?
