I'm looking at getting a new bike and I've kinda narrowed it down to a 07 kx250f or a 07 yz250f. anybody have an opinion on which bike is better? thanks!

If I remember correctly, dirtrider gave both bikes good reviews. I have and will continue to believe that Yamaha makes the best drivetrains in the Japanese market. The important thing to remember that a 250F is the highest maintenance bike on the market. Know what you are looking for.
