are there any differences between the 96 and 97 xr400r forks valving or springs?

well, they share the same part number so i assume they are the same.

i was just wondering because i got a set of 97 forks and im going to put them on my 96 xr400r. one of the tubes on my 96 is bent a bit so i bought a set on ebay for $75.(hope i didnt make anyone mad)
