Suspension Help on a Yz125

I am not to good with suspension yet but am learning. I usally use the stock settings and dont change much but I have been going to tracks and looking to get into a race next season. I always see .44kg/mm for the front forks springs but dont know what that means. I weigh 140 pounds 5' 11" and ride a 2000 yz125 with a few engine mods. motocross is the most riding conditions I do. Can anyone give me good advice so when I buy some parts I am buying the best for my weight?
