basic question: how mucht forkoil in my -97 CR250?

HI!

I just bought an -97 Honda CR250 that needs new fork oil.

I´m 190lbs, and the CR has the original springs.

Any suggestions for the fork oil level ? ( MX on sand - no trail riding)

I would go with 375cc per leg of 5-7wt. or 110-115sus rated oil.

Just to avoid any confusion, that would be 375cc of fluid AFTER the inner chamber is filled and bled.
