Some question about forks

On my 92' CR 250 I have a problem adjusting the rebound:I can click clockwise and viceversa countless times .What happened?One more question:some company have special fork cups intended to improve functionality.Anyone knows what I'm talking about?Thanks

sounds like the threads are striped on the adjuster

They offer a rebuild kit.. The best thing that you can do to your rebound adjustment capablites is to remove the bleed on the rebound piston. This can be acomplished by using a two- part epoxy such as Duro Master Metal mend..
The bleed on the piston short circuits the normal low-speed bleed adjustment of the clicker.
